Nursing awards
Most nurses love to honour outstanding peers. But what if you deserve recognition for contributing to the advancement of the nursing profession and improved patient outcomes? Even if you are not quite there yet, awards give us all something to aspire to. Check out the options available to nurses, and think about nominating a peer or striving to achieve one yourself.
This list does not include employer awards — check with your organization for internal nursing awards. Also, check with your provincial association and as well as peer interest groups for any awards they offer.
